For tickets with reserved seating, we'd like to request a larger font for the Row/Seat numbers on the digital ticket. It was very difficult for some of our older patrons to find/read the Row/Seat information without zooming in on their phone screens.

We do have patrons that attend our events that do NOT have smart devices and are not ale to purchase tickets on their own. Is there a way for them to use a printed ticket that they can redeem at the door when they do not have a smart device?

Despite the warning being in multiple places, fans continue to try to use screenshots of their tickets for entry. Not allowing the ticket page to be screenshot will eliminate that.

This would allow is to go cashless in our concessions just as we do with our ticketing. It benefits us because it allows us to have another way to sell concessions, and GoFan would benefits from more convenience fees.
