Please for the future, if you all could update the GoFan internal server or any new rollouts for the website or updates during the May - July summer months. These months are slower for schools and we do not have as many events during that time. With the new updates performed to the website, it has caused us several issues adding events, editing events and viewing them.
Hello - thank you for your feedback! We rigorously test both internally during development and externally with customers before any rollouts begin more generally. We understand that sometimes changes to features or flows may impact your workflow and we try to minimize those changes during the core months of August - November; however, we are constantly improving our offering throughout the year. If you ever have concerns about changes to your experience, please feel free to reach out to your GoFan representative and they can help you out!
