Add capacity limits for concessions
I've had multiple schools and, colleges especially, ask if we can add inventory for each product in concessions. If we put in capacity limits like we have for tickets, that would accomplish what they need. If they only have 100 hot dogs to sell, they put the capacity limit on hot dogs to 100. They'll be able to easily track their inventory that way.
Hey Kevin! We aren't likely to introduce inventory controls into Box Office any time soon. There are several reasons for this, including the complexity of managing inventory, moving inventory around to events, and the possibility of limiting inventory when in fact there is more to be sold but the system limits what a user can do at a concession stand possibly leading to more cash sales. If this continues to arise, we may consider it again in the future so please raise this up again if you see it!
