We have many different Volunteers who work the ticket booth, having volunteers with different knowledge of technology is sometimes challenging when needing to use/connect/start over etc.. in Box Office. It would be so great to have a Quick Reference Guide with sample photo's of the screen as a visual for volunteers using the system to sell tickets. Maybe have contacts on the reference guide for your customer care team, in case someone needs to call with real time issues. I've attached a sample of what I typed up for our volunteers but I feel like your team would make this much easier and nicer looking for volunteers. Thank you for your time.
