Merchandise Allotment track with both BoxOffice and Online.

I just started using the GoFan to sell our merchandise. I was a bit surprised to find out when selling through the box office and adding an allotment it doesn't track. BUT it keeps track if they are being sold online. This doesn't make sense to me. We are using both platforms and I feel they should be talking to each other, so we can track our inventory accordingly.
