Receipt after the sale on Purple GoFan App

When we were using the Black GoFan mobile app, there was a place at the bottom where you could send a receipt after the sale had been completed. You could also find a ticket for a ticket holder and validar it there. This does not appear to be an option in the new app.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your submission! We recently added the ability to look up fans in the new (purple) Box Office. To do this you:

    • Open the new (purple) Box Office

    • Click the icon in the top right that looks like a ticket with a person and a magnifying class inside of it

    • Log into Mobile HQ

    • Find a fan either within the event in Mobile HQ or using the "Fan Management" capability of Mobile HQ

    • Redeem their tickets
