Concessions needs to be able to be sorted and catagorized. Scrolling through your entire inventory is not efficient and having it only be able to be sorted by price (high to low) also makes it much less efficient for your unique store/concessions.
Add coding to allow for buttons in the concessions app. For example, allow group to create buttons that fit their need (much like Square does) whereas I can create a button for drinks and then list all my drinks or apparel, etc. Having a full list of inventory is very inefficient, especially when we can 't control how it's sorted. Very frustrating. Also add a custom amount option where the cashier can put in a variable amount instead of a set amount (this would be useful for the end of a game when you discount items to sell them out).
Hi Tiffany! We recently introduced the ability to sort by price and name within concessions on the new Box Office app (purple icon). While this doesn't completely solve your concern/issue, one option is to update the naming of items so that they sort as groups. For example, you could start all hot food items with a 1, all drink items with a 2, and all candy items with a 3 that way when you sort by name it will appear this way:
1 - Cheeseburger
1 - Hamburger
1 - Nachos
2 - Coke
2 - Diet Coke
2 - Sprite
3 - KitKat
3 - Snickers
