We have many older individuals that do not have smart phones or printers that call and ask us to have the tickets ready for them at the gate. Being able to do this will greatly improve the speed that we can get people through the line and will prevent chaos during the half hour directly preceding the show time.

Hi there - today, when a fan makes a ticket purchase there are several options to do this:
If the event is "Scan Enabled" meaning they have printable tickets with QR codes, the fan should receive an email with the ticket attached. They can forward that email with the attachment to you for printing
If the event is our standard "Tap to redeem", tickets can be redeemed directly from Mobile HQ or our Box Office platform. All the fan needs to do is provide the email address that they used to purchase, and a gate agent can redeem the tickets for them from either platform
