Option for variable pricing

We could use a way to put in a general "Concessions" button and leave the amount to be filled in at the time of sale. Same for Merchandise if possible. The ability to toggle this "blank pricing" on and off would be appreciated as well. We love GoFan and would like the ability to use it in multiple ways at events. Thank you
